Amber Alert cancelled for 6 Year Old California Boy

The CHP and the Fremont Police Department cancelled the Amber Alert after the child was found safe. The suspect was taken in to custody.

Evan Baldenegro 6 years of age. He's a white boy with brown hair and blue eyes, according to police.

The suspected abductor is Ralph Baldenegro, a 56-year-old white man, police said. Baldenegro is described as 6 feet tall, with brown hair, blue eyes and weighs about 245 pounds. He was armed with a handgun and is considered violent and dangerous, police said.

Baldenegro was last seen driving a gold Saturn station wagon, with a California license plate No. 4CLZ152.
