Amber Alert Canceled for 13 Month Old West Virginia Girl

The State of West Virginia canceled the Amber Alert Thursday morning (04-28) after the suspect turned herself in to Federal authorities in Jackson, Tennessee. The child is safe and the suspect is being charged with first degree murder in the death of David Clark, the child's father.

The State of West Virginia issued the Amber Alert Late Tuesday (04-26) after the suspect abducted the child on Sunday in Varney. The suspect has threatened the life of the child and police want to question her regarding a homicide. They may be headed to North Carolina or Tennessee.

Chloe Clark, a white female, 13 months old, 2' 4", 20 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair.

The suspect is Crystal Siegler Clark, a 38 year old white female, 5 feet, 7 inches tall and 120 pounds. She has brown hair and green eyes.

The suspect vehicle is a silver 2000 Plymouth Voyager van with North Carolina tag number ABM2212.
