Amber Alert Issued for 6 Month Old Florida Boy

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Monticello Police department issued the Amber Alert for a 6-month-old north Florida boy who was in a car when a thief stole it. The boy is believed to be in danger.

Ja-Marquez Pringle, 6 mos., black male, 20 lbs. last seen wearing an orange Tweety Bird outfit with orange and white sneakers and a blue stretch cap.

Ja-Marquez was in a car seat in the back of a 1998 green Ford Taurus with Florida tag J73LJA when it was stolen just after 7 PM in Monticello.

Monticello is 26 miles east of Tallahassee.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Monticello Police Department at 850-342-0150 or dial 911.
