Victim 1, Mea Johnson is described as being a 4 year old unknown female, brown hair, 3'0 56lbs Wearing: Red Gonzaga Sweatshirt, pink shirt underneath, blue jeans, and pink tennis shoes.

The suspect is Helen. Johnson. No further description is available.

The vehicle is a Teal Subaru Outback Montana license plate. Plate number 35-164. This is a partial plate number.
