The State of Ohio canceled the Amber Alert Friday evening (09-04) after the boy was recovered safe in Dayton. The suspect is in custody at this time.
The State of Ohio issued the Amber Alert early Friday afternoon (09-04) after the boy was reportedly abducted Thursday (09-03) in Trotwood on (09-03). The suspect is a recovering drug addict who is known to go on binges. The boy suffers from cerebral palsy, hydrocephalus and VP Shunt, and is late taking his medication. Trotwood is approximately ten miles northwest of Dayton.
Jourdan Keel a 4 year old Black male, 3 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 40 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
The suspect is William T Keel, a Black male, 41 years old, 5 feet 10 inches tall, 215 lbs. he is bald with brown eyes.
The suspect vehicle is a maroon 2002 Chrysler Town and Country with temporary Ohio license number S958511.
