Amber Alert cancelled for 8 year Old North Carolina boy

The ASHEBORO, N.C. Police Department and the state of North Carolina cancelled the Amber Alert after the child was found safe. The suspect is in custody.

Alder Martinez, 8 years of age. He's between 4 feet 4 inches and 4 feet 6 inches tall. He weighs about 80 pounds. He was last seen wearing a dark blue shirt and blue jeans. He also has a scar on his right eye.

The unknown abductor is a black male, between 18 and 21 years old, approximately 5 ft. 7 in. tall, with a thin to medium build, black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white shirt, baggy jeans and a large diamond earing in one ear.

The unknown abductor was seen driving a silver Jeep Cherokee, with the tag number of VNX-2652.
