Amber Alert Canceled for 8 Year Old Asbury Park New Jersey Girl

The Asbury Park Police canceled the Amber Alert after the girl was found safe on Monday afternoon. No further information is available at this time.

Unknown Black Female

The girl was abducted while walking along the street in Asbury Park, N.J. on Monday morning November 3.

She is described as approximately 6 to 8 years old, short brown hair, black jacket and carrying a black backpack.

Police are looking for a white male, approx 50 years of age, 6\'3", thin build, beige jacket, gray pants, slight moustache, black and white dirty sneakers , carrying a yellow plastic shop-rite bag.

The girl was forced into an older white utility van with a black ladder rack. The van has New Jersey tags but the number is unknown.
