Amber Alert Canceled for 9 Year Old Arkansas Boy

The Arkansas State Police and the Howard County Sheriff's department canceled the Amber Alert after the boy was found safe in Kalamazoo Michigan on Friday afternoon. The suspect was taken into custody.

Dewayne Richardson Jr. was last seen at Mineral Springs Elementary School in Howard County, Arkansas.

He is a black male, 9 yrs., 4', 50 lbs., short black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing black jeans and a green t-shirt and green checked flannel shirt and hiking boots.

Police are looking for Dewayne Richardson a black male, 5' 9", 170 lbs. with black hair and brown eyes.

They may be in a dark green Toyota Four Runner with California or Michigan plates.
