Angela Rivera

2 Yrs. Hispanic female,blond hair, green eyes, about 32 pounds abducted at gunpoint in Saddlebrook, N.J., USA at approximately 9:30 a.m. Friday, March 7. She was wearing a black coat, blue jeans, white Reebok sneakers and a pink long-sleeve shirt.

Late Friday night, police found the carjacked Daewoo in the Blue Star rest area in Knowlton Township, but Rivera and his daughter were nowhere to be found.

Police then set up surveillance of a local Days Inn motel and several other locations, including a house in Camden. It was not immediately clear why police selected those places.

At 11:20 a.m. Saturday, police saw Rivera leave the Camden home alone, and arrested him. They found his daughter unharmed inside.



Rivera was being held in the Camden County Jail.

Rivera, 26, of West Palm Beach, Fla., was accused of absconding with his daughter, Angela, from the Holiday Inn about 9:30 a.m. Friday. When his car skidded into a snow bank and became disabled, police said, he carjacked another vehicle at gunpoint and sped away with the child.
