Amber Alert Canceled Friday July 25

A State-wide AMBER Alert was canceled by the Oconee County GA Sheriff's on Friday after Desire was taken to an Atlanta hospital by a family member. Authorities say she is in need of medical treatment that has been resisted by her mother. Amber Alerts are known as Levi's Call Alerts in Georgia.

Desire Sayles is a 6 month old white female who was abducted from her home in Statham GA on Friday afternoon.

The child has a life threatening kidney ailment and is considered in immenent danger.

Police are looking for Kristina Sayles a white female, 18 yrs., 5' 9", 95 lbs. with brown hair and blue eyes. A judge had ordered the child be taken into state custody due to neglect in getting proper medical attention for the child's kidney problems. The child's kidney condition is considered fatal.

They were last seen in a red or burgundy 1989 Nissan 240SX with a Georgia tag 7048 AJG.
