Amber Alert Canceled for 4 Year Old Indiana Girl

The Jefferson sheriff's department and the state of Indiana canceled the amber alert after the child was found safe in Bedford Kentucky early Tuesday morning. Both suspects are now in custody.

JUSTICE MARIE WATKINS, 4 years old. She is 3 feet tall, 36 pounds, brown hair and blue eyes. She has scars from a dog bite on the left side of her face.The child is to be in extreme danger. Watkins was wearing blue jean type sweat pants with a white barbie shirt and a pink furry coat.

Justice Marie Watkins was likely abducted by Heather M. Hale, white female, 5 feet tall, 130 pounds. She has brown hair and hazel eyes. A second suspect is Timothy Dean Muster, white male, 6 feet tall, 155 lbs with short brown hair. The vehicle in the abduction is a blue dodge van, unknown plate or year, possibly Kentucky or Indiana plate which was last seen traveling north on Saluda/Paynesville Road in Hanover Indiana..
