The 5-year-old who police believe was abducted by his father Sunday night has been found safe at a home of a friend of the family.

Police are still searching for the boy's father, Forest Wilson, who they believe dropped off the boy at a house near Copper and Tramway this morning.

5 yrs., 3'6", 50 lbs. Was abducted from his home in Albuquerque New Mexico on Sunday about 11 PM. He has spiked hair and blue eyes.

He was last seen wearing a camouflaged tank top, blue shorts and flip flop sandals.

Police are looking for Forrest Wilson Sr. He is described as an African-American 6' 2" 240 lbs. with short, black hair and green eyes.

He was last seen driving a 1985 brown Chevrolet Suburban with damage to the right side and a broken passenger window. The vehicle has New Mexico license 360-MZB.
